Project Description
This is a single story community center for seniors and comprises of multipurpose rooms, activity rooms, offices, fitness and game rooms, and other support areas for the center. The project was designed with the goal of achieving LEED silver certification, which was awarded in May of 2011.

 

GCC’s project scope was to provide project management and the labor necessary to meet the architect’s stringent approval requirements in the specialty finish out aspects and punch work of this facility.
